SHOP WHOLE FOOD ITEMS: This is something that may seem obvious and thats because it is! If you don't buy the junk food, you won't be eating it. If you stop buying the dairy products, you won't be eating it. It takes much more effort to get up, put your shoes on, get in the car, drive to the store and buy the ice cream than it is to get up and go to the kitchen. If it's not in the house, you won't be tempted. Its much easier to resist food temptation when you don't put yourself in the position to be tempted.
